6.5 Exception response:
The AC motor drive is expected to return a normal response after receiving command messages fr om
the master device.
In the exception response, the most significant bit of the original command code iss et to "06",the data
adress is 0x5001, and an exception code which explains the condition t hat caused the exception is returned.
