Servomotor UVW
connection is not correct
Speed overshoot
Encoder wiring error
Check
Check UVW wiring
Check the operation status and
the parameters.
Check the encoder wiring
Handle
Correct UVW wiring. The UVW
must connect with servo driver terminal
UVW correspondently.
Adjust servo gain to reduce the
overshoot; In speed control mode can
increase acceleration/deceleration time.
Correct wiring.
Err 2 (Main circuit over-voltage)
Potential cause
The voltage of input AC power
supply is too high
Regeneration fault
Regeneration energy too large
Check
Check the voltage of power
supply
Regenerative resistor and/or
IGBT damaged; Connection
circuit is open.
Check the regeneration load
factor
Handle
Use correct power supply according with
the specifications.
Repair.
z Slow down the starting and
stopping frequency.
z Increasing acceleration/deceleration
time setting.
z Reduce the torque limit.
z Reduce the load inertia.
z Replace the servo driver and
servomotor with bigger ones.
