SpecializedConcentratedFocusedPrefaceIIIWARNING2)PrecautionsRelated to InstallationOnlywhen this equipmentinstalled in the qualified electricitycabinetcanitbe used.The construction ofthe cabinetmustreach IP54 grade ofprotection;Paste sealing strips on the jointofthe cabinetto sealallthe cracks;Cable entryshould be sealed while easy-to-openon the spot;Afan or heatexchanger should be adopted for theheat dissipation and airconvection ofthecabinet;Ifa fan is adopted,airstrainer is a mustin airinletorairoutlet;Dustor cutting fluids mayhave access to the CNCdevice via the tinycracks and tuyere.Therefore itis necessaryto payattention to the surroundings and airflowdirection ofthe airventto make sure thatthe outflowgas is towards pollution source;100 mmspace should be preserved between the backofthe CNCdevice and the cabinetwallfor plugging cable connected with the device andthe ventilation &heat dissipation in thecabinet;Space between this device and other equipmentshould also be preserved according to the requirements;The productshould beinstalled firmlyand without vibration.During installing,casting,knocking,striking,or loading on the productis forbidden;To reduceelectromagnetic interference, power-supplycomponents used should be above ACor DC50Vand the space between cable and CNCdevice should be preserved above 100mm;Itwillbe better ifCNCdevice is installed ata position facilitating debugging and maintenance.3)PrecautionsRelated to WiringOnlyqualified people are allowed to participate in the wiring and checking;The CNCdevice should be grounded reliablyand grounding resistance should be less than 4ohm.Neutralline is absolutelynotallowed to replace earth wire.Otherwise,itmayresultinmalfunction ofthe device due to the interference;Wiring should be firmand steady,or misoperation mayoccur;Voltage values andpositive &negative polarityofanyconnection plug should be in accordancewith specifications setforth in the manual,or itmayresultin breakdowns such as shortcircuitand permanentdamage to the device;To guard againstelectricshockor CNCdevicedamage,fingers should keep drybefore
SpecializedConcentratedFocusedIVPrefaceWARNINGplugging or touching switch;The connecting wire should notbe damaged and squeezed,or the leakage or shortcircuitmayoccur;Itis prohibited to plug or open the chassis ofCNCdevice when power on.4)PrecautionsRelated to Running&DebuggingParameters setting should be checked before running,since wrong setting maylead toaccidentalmovements;Modification to parameters should be within the allowable range,or suchbreakdowns asunsteadyrunning and machine damage willoccur.5)Precautionsin UseBefore power-on,please make sure thatthe switch is on blackoutto avoid occasionalstart-up;Please check the electromagnetic compatibilityduring electricaldesign in order to avoid orreduceelectromagnetic interference to the CNCdevice.Alowpass filter should be employedto reduceelectromagneticinterference ifthere are other electricaldevices nearby;Itis notallowed to frequentlypower on and poweroff.Itis recommended to power up the machine again atleastone (1) minute later after power failure or blackout.CAUTION1)PrecautionsRelated to Product and ManualMatters related to restrictions and functions available stipulated in the manuals issued bythe machine manufacturer arepriorto those in this manual;This manualassumes allthe optionalfunctions are available,which you mustconfirmthroughmanuals issued bythe machine manufacturer;Please refer to manuals issued bythe machine manufacturerfor the instructions ofmachinetools;Functions,and software interfaces vary with the systemand the version ofsoftware.Before using the system,you mustconfirmthe specifications.
