1.1 Briefing
RDC6685U(-DFM) system is the latest generation of dual X / Y coordinate system controller
developed by Ruida technology. The control system has better hardware stability and better
anti-voltage and anti-static interference characteristics. The HMI based on 5-inch color screen has
more friendly operation interface and more powerful functions. RDC6685U is a common dual
coordinate system controller, and RDC6685U-DFM is a panoramic vision dual coordinate system
controller.
The system uses double coordinate system control technology to realize the synchronous
start of the double head, and asynchronous cutting, independent of each other and processing
separately. At the same time, the system provides automatic collision prevention function. The
software system adopts optimized graphics management and allocation algorithm, which greatly
improves the balanced distribution of double head tasks, and makes the cutting efficiency of
single equipment increase by more than 90%.
The system also provides the functions of automatic feeding, ultra long format segmentation
and cutting, which provides a perfect solution for the large graphics, large batch and high
efficiency processing tasks in garment, leather, cloth and other processing industries.
