Distance calibration

Distance correction is used to test the relative installation position between the cutting head and the

camera. After the distance correction, the system can perform visual processing.

The operation steps of distance correction are as follows:

1.Cut a cross. Set the size of the cutting cross and move the cutting head to an idle position to

ensure that there is enough space for the camera to see the cut cross. After clicking [Cut Cross],

the system will automatically cut a cross graph, and then move the camera to a position where

you can see the cut cross. The cutting power can be set from other parameters under the edit

page.

2.Distance correction. Move the cutting head to make the cross center of the camera field of view

coincide with the cross center, click [Camera Correction], and the system will calculate the offset

from the center of the camera field of view to the center of the laser head.

3.Check the effect. Repeat the above steps to observe the center position of the camera’s field of

view coincides with the center position of the cutting cross after the cutting cross is completed.
