Pixel accuracy correction:
Pixel accuracy calibration is to correct the camera pixel imaging data, which can improve the accuracy of
camera recognition, and supports two methods of ratio correction and film calibration. When [Calibration] is
checked, the [Calibration] button is valid and the scale correction parameter on the right is invalid, indicating that
the film is used for correction; When [Calibration] is not checked, the [Calibration] button is invalid and the scale
correction parameter on the right is valid, indicating that the scale correction is used.
The operation steps of scale calibration are as follows:
1.Prepare a reference object for comparison. Prepare a reference object in suitable size, such as cutting
or printing a 5mm small circle.
2.Place the reference object close to the table, adjust the camera position, lens and camera parameters,
until the reference object can be clearly displayed in the software graphic display area;
3.Select the green frame in the graphic display area as the effective recognition area. Drag the green
frame on the software to make the frame of the effective area just tangent to the reference object.
4.Fill in the actual size of the graphics and the recognized length calculated by the software in the pixel
accuracy correction, click [Calculate Proportion] to finish the scale correction, and the [Proportion] will
automatically update.
5.After adjusting the correct scale, click Match Test. If the number of results found in the pop-up is 0,
there are the following possible reasons: D is incorrect or "Proportion" is incorrect, or the black
