How to stop profile operation

Profile operation is stopped by the user or upon an error*.

* The error includes the following events.

 ±OT, EMG or external regenerative resistor overheat is detected in the middle.

 The free-run (BX) signal is turned on in the middle.

 The servo-on (S-ON) signal is turned off in the middle.
