If Vc = 1, there is no speed compensation. If Vc = 0.9, the speed of the cutter axis in the
synchronous speed zone is 0.9 times of the master axis speed. If Vc = 1.1, the speed of
the cutter axis in the synchronous speed zone is 1.1 times of the master axis speed.
5. Enable Macro #6: write 0x0006 to P5.097 to enable Macro #6. Read P5.097 and if it
returns 0x1006, it means using macro for table creation is successful. If any of the
following failure codes shows, modify the setting according to the description.

Data of P5.094 exceeds the range (1 - 65535).
Cutter number set in P5.095 exceeds the range (1 - 65535).
Data of P5.096 exceeds the range (300000 - 2500000).
P5.081 data array start position exceeds the array length.
P5.082 E-Cam segment number must be set to 7.
The set values of P1.044 and P1.045 for the E-Gear ratio are too high.
Decrease the values of P1.044 and P1.045, but maintain the same ratio,
for example: adjust 167772160 : 1000000 to 16777216 : 100000.
