Enable Analog First Pulse Killer:
Max: Max voltage of analog FPK.
Min: Min voltage of analog FPK.
T1: Time that the FPK signal changes from Max voltage to Min voltage, or reverse.
T2: If the time gap between the laser off and laser on is less than T2, the FPK would not
output.
