Upon output, a dialog box will appear that asks if head 1 or 2 is being used. The user will enter a value for 1 or 2 to specify which head is being used for the primary plasma thru cut. This will distinguish between cutting with T1(G60) or T2(G160). ;When a tool named “kerf SCRIBE” or “SCRIBE” is used, the driver will output G61 regardless of the head selection entered at time of output. ;When a tool named "kerf GOUGE" or "GOUGE" is used, the output will be G62 or G162 based on the value entered for the head selection where a Head value of 1 will output G62 and a Head value of 2 will output G162. ;For the driver to work properly, the Tool Changer must be turned on in the driver setup (F6) and each tool being used should be listed. It does not matter what tools are in which position, but it’s required for the tools being used to be part of the Tool Changer for the ToolName designations to work. ;Both torches (T1, T2) can cut or gouge. ;The scribe is a separate tool from T1 and T2 ;A single CNC program (output) could implement T1 cutting or marking, T2 cutting or marking, and scribing.
