WhenP03-61 = 6, select return to zero mode VI:
Take the CW direction end of HS limit as reference point, and the first Z signal in CCW
direction as zero point.
The starting position is at theside of HS limit in CCW direction: the motor first moves in CW
direction at the speed of P03-65 returning to the mechanical origin, and when it encounters the
limit in CCW direction, it will reverse to CW direction. When HS limit is activated, it will
decelerate. After leaving HS limit, it will run at low speed in CCW direction according to P03-66.
