Recently several case the computer just cannot deactivate/activate SAi software
include Flexi, PhotoPRINT and FlexiPRINT.

Here is some instructions I got, might help and no harm anyway, please try:

Instructions:

1: Delete the 'license file' (C:\Program Files (x86)\SAi\SAi Production Suite Cloud)
2: Open Registry Editor in Windows (search: regedit)
3: Locate: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ArtifyLabs
4: Delete the 'cidra' file
5: Run the LicenseManager.exe again as admin and enter the activation code.
