Create a text file and name it

DoScalReset.txt

and save it to the Desktop
Then start the program and it should prompt to reset default settings.
See if that allows it to open

If not,
create another file on the Desktop
DoScalLog.txt

and it should write a log file SCALLog.txt on the Desktop.
Send support@am.co.za that file and the version of VinylCut you have.
