Attached is the Post Processor file which must be copied to the ArtCAM folder: C:\Program Files\ArtCAM 2015\postp
(Or similar place where ArtCAM Installed)

The Post Processor must be selected when the Toolpaths are saved. 

ArtCAM is used in the normal way, I believe a 1.5mm tool ( as plasma kerf ) must be used for the creation of the Toolpaths so there are no special instructions for the post file.
